Last week our residents came together to pay tribute to our staff for their hard work and dedication during the Covid-19 pandemic. We would also like to highlight their continued support and perseverance. They are true heroes in this battle! We will continue to serve our residents in the best way we can, despite the current conditions. We commend all the workers that have stayed strong during these past few months.
Despite all that we are going through at the moment, everyone at Place Mont Roc is excited at the progress in our expansion project. This picture shows the new finished floor and the instillation of the new ceiling tiles. The residents are anticipating being able to dine on these new floors.
The residents at Place Mont Roc extremely enjoyed their St-Patrick’s day. The residents were surrounded by green decor, wore green and enjoyed their theme lunch. The menu entailed an avocado spinach artichoke dip as the starter. The Main was a corned beef and cabbage slider paired with sweet potato fries. The residents said “it was delicious!”

Here at Place Mont Roc, our goal is the safety of all our residents. Today, we had technicians over to assure that all our automated sprinklers are in working order. They also added new sprinklers in our expansion.
We would like to welcome Mrs. Gaudreau, who joins the Mont Roc family. We are very happy to have her with us. For this occasion, Ms. Gaudreau had the chance to be affiliated with another resident to provide her with a smooth transition. We wish her a warm welcome!
Did you know that at the Place Mont Roc Residence? We do a 50/50 draw at the end of each month. The money collected is divided in half. One part is kept for Bingo prizes and the other is given to the winner.
The Expansion project at Residence Place Mont Roc is moving along nicely and at a fast pace. The past week we have moved from the old dining room into the new part, broadened our tables into the full space. As of tomorrow we will be switching from two to one dinning service for all meals; allowing the residents leisurely enjoy their meal and table guests.
